Do I need a technician or IT skills?
No. The gateway arrives pre-configured — you plug it in like a Wi-Fi router. Anyone who can swap a watermeter can install the meters; assignment in the app is a QR scan.
How do I pay?
By card online (Stripe) or by invoice with a QR code. Card payments confirm the order automatically.
What if the gateway can't sit next to the router?
The gateway only needs power and internet. Range to the meters is hundreds of metres through a building — one gateway usually covers the whole house.
How many meters does one gateway handle?
Hundreds. Testing kits are limited by the meters in the box, not gateway capacity — extend them by buying more meters.
